Franchise 991 is a Rotten Dragon restaurant located off the blue line of Shade Metro. It used to be run by Tallhat Ezekiel, who had 500 followers at the establishment, until they comandeered a milkboat and sailed into the sunset, never to be heard from again. The Faux Calamari at the restaurant is still prepared using Ezekiel's very own recipe, but the pork is not recommended by the rest of Rotten Dragon.[1]
